Left Boot:

• A super rare MiAdidas Sample with some unique modifications
  
• They feature silver accents instead of black, and use a modified short tongue, without the elastic and foldover tongue
• The tongue features customization "Mittelfeld" which  is German for midfielder 
• These are a MiAdidas version, but they are a Sample as well.  They could have been a pre release idea Adidas had when developing this colorway, or a promo item

Right Boot:

• A very similar Sample to what was produced 
  
• All the same specs as the commercial model
• Features a SG sole plate, blue colorway
• Overall perfect condition, features Sample tags and stickers
